We are looking for a talented and visionary Designer to join our creative team in Berlin, Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and innovative environment where creativity and design excellence are at the core of everything we do. As a Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing design projects that align with our brand identity and client objectives across various media, including digital, print, and product design.
Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and UX/UI teams to produce compelling visuals that engage and inspire. You will translate complex ideas into clear, attractive designs by applying your knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. From creating brand assets and marketing materials to designing user interfaces and packaging, your creative input will be essential in driving our projects forward.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple design disciplines, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for staying current with design trends and emerging technologies. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch will be highly valued. Experience with responsive and accessible design principles, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, will be advantageous.
You will also be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will help ensure that designs meet business goals and user needs. Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key traits for success in this role.
